By creating an account or using crowdfunder, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. The service

crowdfunder is a free, personal-use tool for tracking crowdfunding pledges. It is provided “as is” without any guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

3. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account.
One account per person. Do not share accounts.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data.
Scrape, reverse-engineer, or otherwise abuse the service's infrastructure.
Use the service to store or transmit malicious content.

5. Your data

You own the pledge data you enter. We do not claim any rights over it. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we store and handle it.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy of currency conversions, completeness of campaign data, or uninterrupted availability. Use it at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Boardgames Family shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service.
